| There are almost too many to name, but one of my favorite drives is from St. Louis up through the farm country. I took a backroad that winded through farms and little towns that if you blink you might miss them. There is something about these little towns and their simplicity that draws me in. I wonder what the residents do, where do they work, how long has their family lived there, and I wonder if I could make a happy home there!

| I always wonder the same thing. I love to take road trips through towns such as this and wonder whats going on in the peoples lives and could I see myself living there.

| I do the exact same thing!! Glad I'm not the only one! I love seeing the big OLD farmhouses with big front porches, and then imagining the families sitting on the porches generations ago after a hard day's work.

| Ditto. Having grown up here I find it far too easy to overlook the incredible natural resources we have in So. Illinois. When I'm paying attention, which I try to do as often as I can, I'm always seeing something amazing that I'd previously overlooked ... or at least taken for granted heretofore.
